Presented below in both Writable Rich Text Format and Writable PDF is a generic burial/memorial program that may be use by the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War. In order to use these documents, it will be necessary to first download and save the documents to your computer and then type in the pertinent information. Typing in the information before you download the documents will result in everything that you typed not being saved.
